SHIPPING POLICY

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free domestic shipping across the entire United States. There is a variable fee for any foreign shipments outside of the United States.

Worldwide Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping with variable fees. The specific rates for international shipping will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

When will my order arrive:
Domestic: Your order will arrive 3-5 business days after production. 

 

International:  The arrival time of your international order depends on the shipping option selected during the checkout process and the corresponding fees paid. We offer various shipping methods, and the estimated delivery timeframe will be determined based on your selection.

 

​Can you rush my order?
For domestic shipments, we provide free first-class mail, which offers standard delivery times. If you would like to expedite your order, we offer rush shipping options for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for more information on rush shipping rates. As for international orders, you will have the option to choose expedited shipping during the checkout process.

 

What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time for all orders is one to three business days.

 

Can I update my shipping address on an existing order?
Yes, send us your new address via email and we will update it for you.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, especially if you have a PayPal account. While you have the option to choose from various payment methods, we have chosen PayPal as our payment processor. If you sign into your PayPal account at the time of checkout and your address within PayPal differs from the shipping address you want us to send your decals to, please update your PayPal address on file. Failure to do so may result in your package being sent to the incorrect address. Please note that we cannot cover international shipping costs if the package was sent to the wrong address, unless it was our mistake. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Can you deliver my order on an exact date?
No, since we aim to ship every order as fast as possible it's common for orders to arrive sooner than expected. We are not able to hold an order to ship on a specific date for delivery on an exact date.


Can I require someone to sign for my order when it arrives?
Yes.  Please contact us to set that up. 


Do you offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories?
Yes, we ship for free to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories via USPS. 


Why was my shipment lost?
Range Decals uses the services UPS and USPS to deliver packages. If your order is lost, please contact us to resend the tracking information.. 


Why was my order returned to you?
Orders are most often sent back to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well.


Do you provide Tracking information?
Yes.  A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

In the rare event of a quality problem with your order, we are committed to resolving it. We will gladly replace any defective decals at no cost to you.

Our dedication to quality is reflected in our less than 1% defect rate. Nevertheless, should you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us and provide details of the problem. We will promptly reproduce any defective decals to ensure your complete satisfaction.
