At RANGE DECALS INC, we take your privacy seriously.

We will not ever sell or provide your personal information, including email address/phone number to another marketing company.


Email and No Spam Policy

 

We do not spam you with promotional emails and do not share or sell your email address. You can expect to receive emails for order confirmation, and for when there's a question about your request/order. Shipping confirmation emails include a link to track your order with the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx when available.

 

Application Guarantee

 

No fine print or legal disclaimers! If for any reason the decals do not install correctly, we'll send a free replacement for any part of the decal damaged. Standard shipping is free for any replacements.

 

Product Warranty


We use high-quality materials, and stand behind our products with a generous warranty.

PRINT FADING:   RANGEDECALS.com warranties our printed Film Free decals not to fade for up to 2 years with proper care.

ADHESION & CRACKING:   RANGEDECALS.com warranties our Film Free decals not to split, crack, peel up or fall off for up to 2 years with proper care.

 

Quick Turn Around Time


We make every effort  to ship your decals within one or two business days.   Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be  processed the next business day. Please note:  In light of COVID-19, we're operating with a limited team, staggered work schedules, and social distancing to help protect and support our teammates.  We are running about 7 days behind on orders.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

Shipping

 

We offer free domestic shipping across the entire United States. There is a variable fee for any foreign shipments outside of the United States. 

 

Shipping to Canada: $15

We love our Canadian neighbors. Unfortunately, we no longer offer free shipping to Canada because of the high cost. 
Currently, our system does not automatically add the shipping charge at checkout. Therefore we will automatically send you an invoice for shipping shortly after placing your order.  If you prefer to pay only once, we are happy to send you a customized invoice with all charges.

 

Worldwide Shipping:
We ship worldwide.  Please contact us for the international shipping rates near you.  

 

When will my order arrive?

Invoice


When you receive an invoice from us.  It is usually because the model number of your oven, range or stove is not found on our website.  The invoice provides you the option to pay for your decals so we can begin your project.  At no time does the invoice represent a demand for payment.  It represents the amount required before we begin the order.


Refunds


We can cancel and refund your order up until the order has entered production.
